What to bring to class, and the books we use in 2023–2024. Workbook names on the homework pages match the short titles below.

We will be using the Oxford English for Cambridge Primary books as the primary sources of grammar study in class. We will begin the year with Oxford English for Cambridge Primary Pupil Book 2. We will use copies from the corresponding workbook. We will move on to the Oxford English for Cambridge Primary Pupil Book 3 and the accompanying workbook. The Pupil Books will stay at school, but Workbook 3 will be sent home on occasion. On the homework page, the workbook will be referred to as Oxford English workbook 2.
The Schofield & Sims Grammar 2 workbook will be used in conjunction with the Oxford English Cambridge Primary books. It will be used for homework. On the homework page, it will be referred to as Grammar 2.
The Schofield & Sims Spelling 2 Workbook will also be used in conjunction with the Oxford English Cambridge Primary books and will be used for homework. On the homework page, it will be referred to as Spelling 2 workbook.
The Oxford International Primary History Pupil Book 2 and the corresponding workbook will be the primary source used to study our history topics. The Pupil Book will stay at school, but the Workbook will go home on occasion for homework. On the homework page, it will be referred to as Oxford History 2 workbook.
In addition to these books, we will use other materials while studying The World Around Us, but these will be the primary sources of study.
